How to implement differentiated instruction in large classrooms?

I teach 5th grade with 32 students at varying levels. I want to implement differentiated instruction but feel overwhelmed managing so many different learning paths. How do you all handle this? What systems or tools do you use to keep track of individual student progress while still covering the curriculum? Looking for practical advice from those who've successfully implemented this in large classes.

Best strategies for teaching fractions to 4th graders?

Hi everyone! I'm struggling to help my 4th grade students grasp fraction concepts, especially when it comes to adding fractions with different denominators. They understand the basics but get confused when denominators aren't the same. What teaching strategies have worked well for you? Any hands-on activities or visual aids you'd recommend?
